LPMNDCTE Posted May 7, 2010 Share Posted May 7, 2010 Hi all, I have been lifting weights off and on for about 18 years. I got serious about a year and a half ago. I have been on a vegan plan in the past for about 9 months, but I currently eat meat. Now, I'm drafting plans on becoming a Pesce-Vegetarian or Pollo-vegetarian.
