Hanaquinn
My left arm is way smaller than my right arm, what would be a good way to even them out? It seems wrong to work only one and not the other, this problem came about because I was working at a job that required lots of shoveling, pulling logs around, etc. and (being right handed) I favored my right arm while doing this. I want to even them out, but I want to work my right arm too. Will the left just catch up with normal lifting or will I need to focus on it more than the right to bring it up to the same level? I don't want to end up looking like that guy on Lady in the Water, lols! Thanks I tried to add pics but it says my file is too big, don't know what to do about that, heh. chewybaws
Perhaps favour barbell exercises, and the weak arm will be forced to catch up.
