belightful Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Just went vegan this 2017 (was vegetarian before).i read through the thread on what people eat and quite honestly, i would rather just drink everything, blended. Ideally that would be great if i could throw everything, in say a vitamix, in the morning and the contents of that mix could nourish me the entire day. i'm currently not confining myself to macros but desire adequate protein for muscle maintenance and potential growth. Currently every morning, my nutri bullet blended breakfast contains:20g hemp pro 70 & 10g wheat isolate protein (ultimate nutrition)cinnamon powderpower greens (chard, spinach, etc)fruit variation (banana, berries, mango)peanut butter i can certainly eat some things like nuts and 1 prepared meal (falafel/hummus wrap, tofu veggie stir fry, boca burger, rice/beans, etc-whatever i desire) i apologize if this has been asked before, any links or resources would greatly be appreciated.
