Well, for me, it was mostly about feeling better both physically and mentally. I used to have terrible eating habits and rarely exercised. But then I started feeling sluggish, tired all the time, and mentally foggy. I realized I needed a change.

I used to eat whatever was convenient and never paid attention to nutrition. But then I started noticing how my energy levels were constantly crashing, and I was getting sick more often. That's when I knew I had to start taking better care of myself and start exercising . My weekly regimen involves calisthenics workout  , which I organize using the Workout Planner Muscle Booster app. I also prioritize outdoor activities for added enjoyment and have recently developed a fascination with yoga.
