Bull killed by police in a town close by

I heard on the news the other day that a bull jumped a fence at the vet's office and made it's way into a town where it tore up some yards and wrecked a few fences.

The vet tried a couple tranquilizer darts to no avail.

The police eventually made the decision to kill the bull.

 

This is tough to handle but it does sound like an attempt was made to divert the bull away from the town and to tranquilize.

The bull was apparently quite agitated and was in a populated area.

 

It still sucks though!
