nicole Posted August 26, 2007 Share Posted August 26, 2007 My friend from GA came into town last week and we took a long weekend trip to Kripalu (http://www.kripalu.org/) for a weekend workshop with Manju Jois (http://www.manjujois.com/) in ashtanga yoga. On the way up we stopped at the Vegan Treats Bakery (http://www.vegantreats.com/). On Monday we went to NYC for yoga with Dharma Mittra (http://www.dharmayogacenter.com/intro.php) and food at Red Bamboo (http://www.redbamboo-nyc.com/). Tuesday we had lunch at Govinda's in Philly (http://www.govindasvegetarian.com/) before she left. It was an AWESOME weekend.
