I also try to keep the ingredients simpleedit: also nuts dont do me too well either, so i avoid those. I also avoid potatoes, and im avoiding oats as well(maybe i pick up oats again and see how i fair). I dont eat any bread either, and theres not much selection on fruit. maybe ill try some celery or asparagus.. what about artichokes? never tried those, dunno how to cook em.
