Lunch:2 bananas, 2 tangelos. Vits:Multi, B12, 2 E, 2 calcium. 227.6 after shower before dinner. Dinner:Fried tofu, and onions, over quinoa, dried noodles, sprinkled with sesame seeds, crushed walnuts, and Bragg aminos.Leftover salad from yesterday. First day at work I felt weakness, sense calorie restrictive diet.Losing muscle along with fat, but hope to reverse the muscle this coming month. Soy chocolate milk. 228.8 at 10:26 pm. Breakfast:Grape nuts cereal and almond milk.Orange juice and a scoop of protein powder. Lunch and breaks:banana, tangelo, .57 lbs of four bean salad, 1 large avocado. Vites:Multi, B12 2 E, 1 calcium. Hot today, somewhere in the low nineties, I felt good, lighter on my feet. 225.8 lbs at 4:45 pm after work and before dinner or drink. Dinner;Morning Star Hickory BBQ riblets, microwaved potato, refried beans, with a tomato, chopped onion, garlic, and chili powder.Tall glass of Almond chocolate milk. Lunch:Large avocado, pear, 1 qt. (270 cal) of carrot juice. Vits:Multi, B12, 2 E, Dinner:Smoothie containing a banana, kiwi, orange juice, cocoa powder, protein powder, agave syrup, frozen mixed berries. 227 lbs at 7:10 pm. Attacked old rusty weights in the back yard, haven't been handled in years. Had eighty on the 20 years old Sears bar, with the rusty laser cut 1 inch Plate Steel.Overhead Pressx10Took it down to 40 lbsMessed around with the bar: mixed up some sets of reps both standing and sitting of curls, presses, wrist curls, reverse curls, triceps press, Push ups2x10Shower and cooking. Working on a whole head of organic raw broccoli, dipped on Russian dressing. (forgive me it's awesome).Gonna make some three bean salad, for tomorrow. Apple cider vinegar, olive oil, agave syrup (from the Weber Azule plant), garlic, onions, celery, dried thyme, and sweet basil, iodized salt (I gotta find that bag of that seaweed jerky).
