  1. HI everybody

     

    Im finally starting with my log *happy*

    Im having troubles posting my pictures because their too big? But how to get them smaller? I dont know much about my computer ...

     

    So Im just gonna tell and show you the pictures later

     

    Yesterday:

     

    Breakfast 8 am - Kiwifruit and sugarfree Muesli with banana and oatly milk

     

    Snack 11 am - Orange

     

    Lunch 12:30 am - Brown Rice with Tofu

     

    Snack 5pm - Apple

     

    Boxing class: 2 hours

     

    Dinner 9pm - Soyjogurt with frozen strawberries and rasberries

  2. Thanks! I already work out as much as possible.. I work fulltime and my job is pretty demanding... (I work in a kindergarten, and we're outdoors every day no matter how the weather is like). So going to the gym in the evenings often needs a lot of convincing myself not go to bed straight ahead! Or relax and live my sweet tooth... But anyways, theres an event in 6 weeks and I need to look good! So i decided to kick ass annd start a food and training log to keep my discipline I like the Idea of taking pix of the meals so this i what i m gonna go for!! yay! I m really motivated now

  3. Hey everybody!

    I'm gonna tell you real quick why I'm here... I'm 20 yrs old and 1 1/2 years ago I was in such good shape (1.72 cm and 55-57kg).. I used to work out a lot and had my meals under control... Then I suddenly started to binge eat and *woosh* theres 10kgs more which I really want to get rid of!(about 64 kg) I'm still able to run and lift as I used to, and by now my eating habits have stabilized again, but the fat still doesnt want to melt.

     

    So hopefully you're experiences are gonna help me!!

    I forgot: I'm vegan since 3 years (being a vegetarian before hand)
