  1. I'm Tom. Been vegan for a little over 3 years and been powerlifting for about 9 months. I haven't competed yet, but my lifts are:

     

    Squat: 355lb

    Deadlift:350lb

    Bench: 165lb

     

    In 2012 I am looking to compete and hit a 1,000lb total in competition. I also wanna hit a 225lb bench. 450 squat. 450 deadlift.
