Just noticed this post. Ive done Insanity a 2 times, full challenge. I have to say it was wonderful. It really kicks your butt and gives you more energy.
Although there has ben a lo of media hype on it, I'd say give it a try for just one workout and see if you like it enough because it does work, media hype or not.
