  4. I was wondering if anyone could help me out. I have been trying to gain healthy weight and build muscle. I have been increasing my strength training and decreasing cardio. The hardest thing for me has been eating. I get full very fast so I have been trying to eat small meals throughout the day, but lately I haven't been hungry at all! I know how important it is to eat so I force myself to eat something but it is getting really frustrating to have to eat when I still feel extremely full from my last meal. Are there any high calorie vegan foods or meal plans that don't require too much food to be consumed in one sitting? It is also probably important to note that I am a very clean eater. I try to eat as little processed foods as possible and eat mostly whole foods. I also love fruits, veggies, beans, and nuts. Thanks in advance for any help.
  5. Hello! My name is Ashley I am 24 years old and live in Maryland. I have recently discovered this site and have enjoyed reading about so much great information! A little about myself: I have been vegetarian for a little over a year and have been vegan for the last 8 months. I am a very healthy eater and absolutely love trying new foods, definitely not a picky eater at all! I have a very fast metabolism and am very tiny so I have recently been trying to gain healthy weight and muscle mass. I currently do cardio workouts about 5 times a week, take a small group strength training class once a week, and work with a personal trainer once a week (which I plan on increasing overtime when my schedule allows!) Since I am only beginning this journey and have so much to learn, I am hoping to find some valuable information here, especially on calorie intake and protein requirements in order to reach my goals!
