ShaiHulud
Hey Y'all 24yrs old Male vegan loving powerlifting and all strength sports, starting now to be serious about training. My goal is to compete in Push Pull meets only (in the future of course), so i rarely do squats, not that i do not like to see it performed by others (i actually love to watch squats) but i am not interested in doing it and i prefere to focus on 2 lifts only.So yeah this is my log and i would like to share some ideas about training and stuff, i am a bit of a newbie so my 2 lifts are very weak compared to my bodyweight.. I am 90kg x 180cm and a bit chubby. My training is like a modified version of The Texas Method. sammiliftsdailey
Do you feel like your deadlift is better when you don't train squats? I've always heard squat helps your DL but DL doesn't do much for your squat. Just curious on your feelings on that topic.
