kollision Posted June 4, 2005 Share Posted June 4, 2005 The main thing for isometrics is that it strengthens that area of the range. It doesnt strengthen the entire portion of the exercise. For example if you were to be lacking in a certain part of the bench press, you would incorporate isometrics to strengthen that area. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
