Im aware of vega and other vegan supplements of the sort, but it seems there are a lot of other supplements involved in body building and weight training. Currently taking vega, and an adult multi vitamin. Looking for other supplements to improve mass, strength, and over all health Links to find or buy these supplements appreciated! Also ive been eating more food but i really believe that the creatine helped, although there is currently a debate happening on this form about it. I drink rice or pea protein simply because its cheaper than vega but if you can afford it im sure its great. i also have bcaas and glutamine and b12 in the mail because i heard they are helpful, but cant really attest to it at this point. im hopeful though.
