I normally eat: Oats, Banana, Soy Milk, Lentils, peas, Rice, Pasta, flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, broccoli, peanut butter, nuts, almonds, hazelnuts, etc..My weight don't go over 71 kg... I eat to much fiber maybe.This foods, maybe are dissolving very quickly. I daily do 5 or 6 times poop.Everything i eat maybe are leaving out my organism. How many times do you do poop? TankOnTwoLegs Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 I have IBS. So I poop an average of 6 times a day because I can't digest much so it all kinda flies out. I've tried it all so it's just something I live with. I never had an issue with losing too much weight unfortunately because I still have weight to cut. I eat a lot because after I poop, I'm hungry because it didn't digest. So I eat like one breakfast, two lunches and two dinners, then a couple snacks in between. Feels like I eat nonstop.
