xjohanx Posted September 22, 2009 Share Posted September 22, 2009 Delicious stuff that I made today 340 gr peanut butter (natural, no oil or sugar)1 tablespoon cacao75 gr chocolate protein powder (I used soy)Vanilla (I used liquid shit but whatever is fine probably)2 dl corn flakes (I used sugar free) Melt the PB and add the protein, cacao and vanilla. Mix. Add the corn flakes and mix/crush until everything sticks to the "dough". Mash it out in a container/plate/whatever and put it in the fridge for a while. Done! My protein is stuffed with sucralose and probably some other sweetner The energy breakdown of these babies are: Protein 27%Carbs 10%Fat 63% I actually think some extra flakes could benefit the taste/consistensy (is that the right word?).
