tomvegan Posted June 25, 2013 Share Posted June 25, 2013 Hi all, What do you eat/drink before going to bed? "Normal" bodybuilders usually take in slow digesting protein, like casein. I currently drink a shake which consists of a banana, aloe vera, noni juice, soy protein powder and soy milk.
