They were very tight.There was also a lot hanging over that 38 inch waist.A few months ago I was still wearing the 38s.They were a lot looser and not as much extra hanging over the belt.Last month I bought 36 inch pants.Today I'm wearing 34 inch pants.Last month's 36 inch pants come off easily without unbuttoning.Belts have become a necessity for me. MontanaVegan Posted August 30, 2007 Author Share Posted August 30, 2007 I think that I'm going to do a little less treading and more lifting.Still need my 1-2 hours on the treadmill. At least until I'm lean. I've lost quite a bit of strength in the last couple months.Most noticably in the bench and squat.I just get very tired and weak while doing these two lifts.
