Bigbwii
Just eat all the raw stuff you want....I don't think there's a raw "diet" set in stone. Think of it as more of a lifestyle than a diet. Here's a site that you may be interested in. http://www.rawguru.com/
SeaSiren
I don't know of any of the sites that have it all written out. But maybe I just haven't found them yet! However, you can order some e-books from http://www.thegardendiet.com and you can get assistance from http://www.rawfoodtalk.com http://www.rawfoodchat.com http://www.rawfoods.com http://www.rawfood.com/cgi-bin/forum/ultimatebb.cgi http://www.rawfoodsupport.com/ http://www.livingnutrition.com/fwn/index.php http://www.vegsource.com/talk/raw/index.html
Eason
the 2 things i worring about is first protein. I can't eat seeds and nuts because it causes digestive problems to me. even if i soak them over night and let them dry. the other thing is i heard that people that eat too much fruit have teeth and gum problems
Bigbwii
Best thing to do if you are new to Raw Veganism is to eat as much of what you enjoy as you wish because everyone thrives on different things. Fruitarianism may not be the path you want but this link explains the fruit "teeth"thing! personaly my teeth are best on 100% fruits.http://www.pioneerthinking.com/fruitarian.html as for the protien issue I'm the same and you don't need a bunch of protien either, check out this link http://www.charliesgym.info/
