robert Posted June 18, 2008 Share Posted June 18, 2008 Nice! I love QUADS! They are looking sweet. I'm interested to hear how your pre-contest diet will change as you move to a plant-based diet. I've competed 7 times, all on a vegan diet so I don't know it any other way but I'm sure it will take some adaptation if it is something new. All the best. Show in 3 1/5 weeks right?
