Many say that sugar is not harmful... others say it increases cancer rates and increases inflammation in the body. I have seen fruitarians thrive on sugar from fruit as long as they remain high intensive athletes. As for donuts, pastas, white breads, soda and white rice and pasturized juices that may be a different story on in the same the evidence that I have seen points to overall sugar in large amounts tend to be negative on the immune system. I also though see that it affects people more with a bad overall diet than those who get adiquet rest, exercise and eat healthy (whole foods). What are your thoughts on the matter.
