NYVegan Posted May 10, 2009 Share Posted May 10, 2009 I know that seitan is high in protein and very yummy but I was wondering if it is actually GOOD for the body? Is it one of those highly processed foods that people try to avoid sometimes? What about other nutrition in the seitan? I've heard it has a lot of iron.
