SheThrowsDown Posted May 11, 2009 Share Posted May 11, 2009 I'm going to start going to a dietitian soon enough, but I have to pay my deductible before I can so that won't be any time in the next month or so. Until then I'm trying to come up with the macros that are best for me. When I was considering doing fitness competitions I was using a high protein diet, but now I've been reading a bit about the "Kearns System" for fighters which is 40%p, 40%c, and 20%f.
