I recently purchased veganicity "Multi vitamin and mineral" and noticed that some time after I've taken one of these my urine turns green, really really green, haha. Until recently they smelled like pretty generic feces/urine but now I can always remember what I ate because my feces/urine smell just like it. I thought this means I'm not absorbing the nutrients in the food or something, could that be? I'm eating like a horse now, so does that mean I'm passing a lot of the stuff right through?
