I am thinking of using coconut milk in place of cream and vanilla soymilk in place of regular milk. My problem is that I am having to add too much ice, which de-creams the shake. Any ideas? Frozen banana on it's own ends up like soft serve consistency. Really chill that coconut milk down. If you add more fat, it'll be even creamier, like maybe some nut butter. Oh I'm getting hungry.
