messiers31st Posted August 20, 2009 Share Posted August 20, 2009 If they don't want people who haven't been to their seminar working at the restaurant, that's their choice. i don't know, it seems to me that if the Landmark counseling doesn't incorporate work-related modules/career management & progression techniques, then it'd be no different than forcing all employees of a company to attend a Christian seminar...or seemingly innocuous employees to an AA meeting. i've been to cafe gratitude and have never been that impressed. give me Herbivore or Saturn Cafe anyday.
