endcruelty Posted November 19, 2009 Share Posted November 19, 2009 so today while mom was out i figure i'd attempt to make cabbage rolls on my own. we made them together about twice, so third time was just me. about 2 hours from start to finish. i spilled boiling water, made way too much rice, pieces of food flying everywhere (my buddy is our vacuum so he had fun) and now it's in the oven finally i know it doesn't look like too much work, but boiling water for rice and a cabbage, cutting the cabbage so the leaves can later be pulled off easily, chopping and frying up mushroom and onion and fake meat stuff (all at the same time mind you) then mixing it all and preparing the rolls, is quite labor intensive haha but i had fun. http://farm3.static.flickr.com/2774/4117828947_0a68af8385.jpg Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
