French newbie

Hi everyone !

 

My name's Yoann and I've been vegan for something like three years and a half.

I'm drummer in a band who gonna tour a lot this year so each member decided to make exercises to hold the rythm all time long.

I got myself a book from a french author Olivier Lafay "Méthode de musculation" witch is based on exercises whithout tools or machines.

The only point is that the nutrition part on this book is absolutely not vegan so I'm coming here to get information about the diet I could use to do well.

I'm from Paris France.

I was thinking about not training during the tour.

Would this mess my progress ?

If you don't workout for about 2 weeks you will see your strenght starting to decrease. If you can at least do a 1 hour full-body workout once per week that would be good to maintain or increase strenght and muscle size.
