Hey everyone,

 

a buddy of mine told me about a new study. It says that veganism is a healthy form of nutrition, however veganism cam lead to muscel and joint pain if you do much sport.

To be honest, this scars me.

 

Do you ever heard of this study?

 

Maybe he can recover the website on which he read this.

all I can say from my experience is that before becoming vegan and regular gym member, I had joint and spine problems, which I don't have now. I couldn't do a single lunge without feeling pain in my knee, and now I do them and enjoy doing them.

I think you don't have to worry about this.
