Hiya! I've read this forum for a long time, but never posted before today. It was the threat of account deletion that finally got me to post. I love to come on here and look at people's progress photos.

 

Before the birth of my son I was fairly fit, but overweight. I was vegetarian, went vegan shortly after he was born. That plus breastfeeding helped me easily drop the baby weight, plus the extra 25 I needed to lose, but now I'm left with flab. My goal is to change my body composition. I love lifting, took it up again in October. I'm getting stronger, but definitely not doing enough to drop the layer of fat. I think I'm just not putting in enough time and effort and need to step it up! Thinking about Body Rocking in addition to my limited gym time because I get easily bored with cardio after any length of time.
