my new vegan diet....help me!

hi i'm vegan since the first september,now my weight is 68 kg and i'd like to gain the weight i was before the summer(72 kg).i'm 177cm tall.

i find very hard to complete my goal,cause my weight since i became vegan ain't gain anymore.

i hope u can help me with my diet (and try to write with a simple english cause i'm not american)

 

BREKFAST:450 ml of soy milk + 60 gr of all bran + 10 almonds

BRUNCH: 1 banana + 10 almonds + 1 scoop of soy protein (25gr of protein)

LUNCH: 150 gr of pasta + 2 scoops of olive oil + 150 of soy burger + 1 fruit

SNACK : 70 gr of peanut butter + 1 scoop of pea protein (23gr of protein)

DINNER: 150 gr of seitan or tofu or tempeh or soy burger + a bunch of lentils or beans or quinoa or tomatoes or potatoes + 1 fruit + 1 slice of bread

 

what do u think?help me,i don't wanna became too skinny,I would go back to having a good body,a good shape!
