NEW GOALS (Strength First/Ripped Later)

My friend and I have been hitting it hard the last month and have been seeing some gains. Those of you who have been here for a while know my back story. I have set some new goals to accomplish by the end of the year and could use some accountability.


Current Goals to meet by end of 2013:


Raw Deadlift: 550 lbs (current 500 lbs)

Incline Bench Press: 300 lbs (current 230 lbs)

Squats: 400 lbs (350 lbs)

10% body fat


Current phase is strength building until October 31st, 2013 and then to shred for the last two months of the year. Going to try to do it as correctly as possible so as not to lose too much strength in the cutting phase.


I am unable to do flat bench due to past shoulder injuries so I am stuck only doing incline for now.
