Eljay Posted September 4, 2015 Share Posted September 4, 2015 Hi, I'm actually a swimmer who does calisthenics for additional strengthand hope I can get useful tips on here how to do efficient training. At the moment I'm not 100% vegan but about 95% so I'm also hoping to learn more about the right nutritionand maybe supplements to get all the nutrients needed. My diet at the moment is HCLF.In 2014 I took a whole year off from any form of exercise and put on about 25 pounds. I lost all the weight since June 3rdwhen I started writing down my weekly process. I had mostly raw fruits, whole grains, seeds and nuts or breakfast and lunchand a cooked meals with veggies, whole grains and legumes and I tried to avoid adding any additional fat.I added rice protein to the mix.
