My Gym Doesn't have any heavier Dumbbells

I've asked them to Buy some heavier ones, but as yet they wont...

 

I'm really pleased with how my back is going, Wide Grip Pull Ups are Awesome, You look good when you are doing them too

Tell me about it. Now that I'm getting some lats busting out I love them. I can only do 10 or less right now each set, i do 5 sets to make up for it.

Really didn't feel like training today, just wanted to go home and sit on the couch watching movies under a blanket and eating Vegan Ice cream using a chocolate bar as a spoon.

Went to the gym anyway, but only did a short workout.
