Over Weight

I didn't lose much of anything other then my winter cycling weight the first time I went raw...I was trying to lose weight but the raw thing didn't really help me do that all that much...it just made me feel better...I also didn't lose any muscle despite eating 500less calories a day

I'm eating about 1000 cals less that's becuase I ate way way to much starch/food before. in three weeks I have lost about 15 pounds mainly from the "starch free shock"
