Wrist pain.

Recommended Posts

I also had wrist pain. I'm not currently doing lifting, but I know how debilitating it can be.

I'd also suggest switching your mouse to a "left-handed" position. I'm doing that now, it only took a week or so to get used to, and my right wrist pain is completely gone. Also, if you use a trackpad on a laptop, try using an external mouse (on the left). This really is what happened to me (using the trackpad, that is), clicking so much with my thumb messed up my wrist.

My guess is it's work, when I used a computer all day I had wirst problems, they cleared up after I left that job, and only comes back when I use a computer a lot. I'd just take pain killers before working out so my wirst didn't hurt, but that's most likely not the best solution.

I do reverse curls and wear grips with wrist straps, maybe I need to make them tighter.

I think it might be a combination of factors. I think I may have a slight cold too which is exacerbating my joint pains.

Going to switch my mouse to see if that helps.
