I eat a lot more salads than I used to (have to be careful with the dressings) and I'm starting to do a lot more protein shakes (though it's tought to find one that tastes good that doesn't have a lot of sugar). Guest Posted May 11, 2007 Share Posted May 11, 2007 I don't think lowering fat or increasing protein is the answer. Its using the food you give your body and/or eating less in general. High protein isn't the healthy answer either(it will work if you eat over 50% of you calories from protein but that doesn't mean its good to do that).
