Jason
Got a little lazy last night and this morning, no treadmilling. Squat Night: I was successful doing my 50 reps of 135 pounds.I'm thinking of seeing how many I can do at 225 for my next workout. But it might be too much of a jump, we'll see how I feel on Saturday. My legs are a little wobbly, but now I gotta go get on the treadmill for a bit.

Oh well, I'll do it next timeThe high rep squats were much harder after doing the 225 x 5 set Evening Inclined Treadmill: 30 Minutes
Jason
Starting to log my food again, hopefully by tracking it will keep my diet cleaner.Breakfast: 3 small oranges. Morning Inclined Treadmill: 60 minutes. Big green smoothie at noon, forgot my ground up flax seeds Snacked on a couple bananas in the afternoon. Rented a couple movies to watch and had some sunflower seeds and soymilk a little later. Not the best day nutritionally and not as much exercise as I would like. Lean and Green
Squat Night: I was successful doing my 50 reps of 135 pounds. Hey man congrats on that, must have been awesome. What did the bar on your back feel like after holding it for so long? If i remember correctly on your other post you said it would be your first time squatting 225? Congrats if it was, I knew it would like nothing if you can do 135x50. How come you always stayed on the lighter side for squats? Just curious.... I'm gonna try the 50reps too very soon. I know I can do it if I just push....
Jason
Thanks Lean,My back was fine after all those squats, but my wrists hurt. The guy that was there "just in case" said the bar kept creeping down my back.I think my wrists started to bend backwards to hold the bar. The weights have been so light since I started this 20 rep squat programMy previous max was 185x3 from a long time ago. Then I got lazy with squatting.I made a slight detour in the program and bumped it up to 50 for 135 pounds. Now I'm going to just keep adding 5 pounds each time until I get to 225. offense74
Yay for beets and beet greens!!I got beets from Great Britain this week but the owner of the eco store where I buy my groceries said that the first Swedish veggies are soon to arrive. I'm also waiting for peaches and water melons from Spain, Turkey or the like.I'm thinking Montana has about the same climate as southern Sweden so if stuff starts happening there it should happen here too soon.Keep it up! Jason
Thanks for stopping by OffenseThe beet green, bokchoy green smoothie was pretty good.We never get good peaches in Montana, ever.I tried a watermelon yesterday, it was ok, but still too pink inside. We have a roller coaster weather pattern in Billings.Last week we had a day of mid 80s ( 29 C) , a couple nights later it snowed.
