A yummy... VEGAN happy meal with

soy yogurt

almonds,

walnuts

raisins,

apples,

pears,

oranges,

bananas,

grapes,

strawberries,

cinnamon & flax seed meal. 50% organic.

Would this be a complete meal, or am I missing any important nutrients? This was my 5th and last meal of the day. I was super stuffed after this....sorry if I posted in the wrong section
