Patrick
Hi all, this is a very interesting article pertaining to doping and how it most likely will change the world of sports and athletes' drive toward perfection and success. http://fig.cox.miami.edu/~cmallery/113/muscle.cell.pdf Just copy and paste the URL into your web browser. CollegeB
I've heard this called post humanism. Bill McKibben wrote a book concerning these types of issues called Enough. The only technology I find to be frightening are nanobots that feed off of biological matter.
Guest
For some reason I couldn't open the page but I know of the situation. This is gonna cause major problems with future child athletes. Its not their fault...its their parents so we'll never hold it against them(at least we shouldn't) but if this becomes a reasonably affordable thing in the future...all top athletes will likely be "made" this way and it may become the only way to reasonably expect to become a pro athlete...the same way some sports all but require the use of drugs to compete in...now mix perfect people with drugs and sports will become a bigger mess than they are now by far...unless of course everyone takes part in this and evens the playing field...but that would screw everything else up.
