  1. Hello! As the title suggests I live in a third world country where vegan protein shakes are not as yummy as in the US or Canada or whatever. Green pea protein that was undissolvable and "neutral taste" was my worst buy (let alone an expensive one). The taste was imposible to hide and I could not even cook with it. I had to throw it away. It was like trying to drink corn starch. So my question is: I do not have much time to cook so Im making my green pea nuggets to have for the next couple of days (my own recipy which I do like, it's just mashed peas and spices and a tiny bit of rice flour oven-cooked). I'm trying to make a bite that is a replacement for green pea protein shake. Does it sound like it could work to build muscle? (I do mean with proper training and good diet aside from that) Do I really need to have the shakes? Honestly my country is not there yet I don't want to keep wasting my money. And buying from another country is way too expensive given that the average monthly salary in my country is about USD 300. What do you think? Can I make it? I also eat lentils with rice everyday. Thanks!
