Hi everyone, I have been doing the vegan thing for about 4 or 5 months now. I started after seeing a documentary called 'Eating', which I thought was awesome. I have been losing some weight, which I am not too happy about, but I think I need to just adjust my diet a bit and lift harder. I definitely got more ripped, but I am afraid that I may just continue to lose weight because I am naturally pretty thin. Anyways, I just wanted to say hello and that I think it is great that there is an active community of vegan bodybuilders.
