  1. Haha yea I love it. I have a tshirt with the logo on it, so I'll try to upload a pic for people to see.
  2. Not really. I think it actually is a good marketing idea because it catches the eye. I know it certainly did that for me. On a sidenote, I had my wisdom teeth removed yesterday and if it weren't for these guys' protein powder I'd be screwed!
  3. Well it really depends on individual metabolism. If I want to REALLY lean out I go very low. I am talking about 30g a day, which is almost all fiber. I use lentils because they are high in protein. If you can drop fat with more carbs then definitely do that. The best approach would be to figure out where you are now, and slowly drop it week by week.
  4. I have always been successful following a high protein and fat diet that is VERY low in carbs. Add in fasted cardio before breakfast and weight lifting, and you should be able to achieve the results you desire pretty easily. One note on the diet though: I go zero/low carbs for about 5-6 days, and then do one high carb day as a refeed. Also, I still eat carbs post-workout (raw oats).
  5. I think this REALLY depends on your goals. If leaning out is what you are after, it might not be a bad idea. Personally, I think there are far better options for losing fat. If you are trying to build muscle, I can't see this working too well. I really think that it is hard to beat 6-7 nutritious meals per day with the proper macronutrient ratios.
  6. Hey guys I am new to the site and wanted to see what you thought about hemp protein powder. I am a powerlifter sponsored by Marijuana Muscle, who makes (vegan approved of course!) hemp protein powder. I am fairly new to the stuff, but like it a lot so far. Taste and consistency are WAYYY better than soy. Their website is marijuanamuscle.com if anyone wants to order. I don't want to sound like a troll, especially since this is my first post. I am just trying to spread word and hopefully learn more about healthier eating along the way. I'm currently training for a meet on October 24th in South Carolina. Here are some youtube links of my training leading up to the meet:
