Hi everybody. I'm new to the forum and I've decided to introduce myself with some pics of the evolution I've had in the last 2 years. At the moment I eat meat, but I'm interested in changing my diet; as a first step I would not delete milk and eggs from my diet; in the past I often used to replace meat with soybeans, lentils, beans or chickpeas. With your help I would like to try to organize a good bulk diet. In this way I hope to improve my performances, gain mass and do a favor to out planet stopping eating meat. To complete the introduction: I'm 27 Years old, 183cm, 79kg (71 when I began) Me 3 years ago (never lifted, 8kg ago) me now (I's not a very good improvement)
