  1. Hi Everyone: My name is Steve, Im 160 lbs and follow a strict alkaline food/water lifestyle which is Vegan. Up until this point I was only doing pull-ups (no weight training for at least 2 years) up to sets of 20 at a shot: Normally would do 100-150 pullups per back workout session. This photo was taken a few weeks ago after a 3 mile run (which is the reason for all the sweat on my back):
