Hey all. Hows it going? names Alan. From Australia. Play and build custom drums, electrician, catholic. Turned Vegan last night...been a long time coming thing. Decided enough was enough and here i am . Been bodybuilding on/off couple of years never really took in seriously until couple months ago. Currently cutting (was on a keto (full of meat diet)) had enough now needing help on food that are great for cutting being a vegan. right now im in a corner with fruit and veggies lol even though im loving just eating them i know ill prob deplete of energy sometime soon. Also for supplements im guessing wheys out of the question what else can i replace it with. Thanks
