Hey everyone, I just joined this forum today and must say it is very very exciting to find Vegans that are interested in optimum health! I have been vegan since I was 8 years old and I am now 25, I have maintained a healthy life style keeping meals fairly balanced and being active. However I am no longer happy with the appearance of my body, while I am not overweight I am not toned and really don't have any muscle. My legs were quite developed from extensive hiking when I was younger but now are loose and in bad need of toning, my arms are also really weak I feel as if I cant lift myself up. So I am here asking for some help If anyone has some advice on a good program to get toned and strong coupled with a balanced vegan diet
