Hello all, I happened across this board. I am a ovo-lacto vegetarian hobby bodybuilder. I would like to become a vegan for ethical reasons, but I am allergic to soy, and I really don't know how to get enough protein to meet a bodybuilders requirements eating only plant sources and no soy. I would be ever thankful if anyone here could point me in the right direction to find more info on diets and high protein soy-free plant based meals. I literally have no idea how I could get 150 grams of protein a day from a soy free vegan diet. Thanks in advance, Kris
