Hello, my name is Gil and I'm from Los Angeles, CA. I've been vegan for about 2 years, and vegetarian 2 years before becoming vegan. I haven't worked out since I dropped 90lbs 5 years ago. I went down to 190lbs from 280lbs. Fortunately, I haven't gained much weight, but I lost a lot of muscle mass. Currently I'm 6'2" and my weight is between 200-205 lbs. I want to drop my weight down to 175-180lbs. I was wondering if anyone can send me a link to a good workout/nutrition program. Preferably for beginners, since I'm probably going to have a hard time lifting weights. thanks
